Our air just went out at 3:30 in the afternoon Friday of Memorial Day weekend! And we have a one year old!! (Coulda been bad)TCAC was here within the hour and had the part in their car!! Fixed before 5:00 for $230. That’s incredible. Thank you guys!!
Great! I called them for the first time when I had an issue with my A/C & was getting ready to go on vacation. Everyone was so nice and so very professional. They came out right away & fixed the problem so I could have a worry free Vaca! I will definitely use them again and will now use them for my annual service.
World class experience from start to finish! David, the service tech, arrived and promptly got to work in figuring out why our AC stopped working and fixed it in just a few minutes. He also went *above and beyond* with taking steps to make our AC run more efficiently – something that took a few minutes but regardless was a REALLY nice touch. He explained in detail what happened in terms that I understood to help me better understand my AC unit (he picked up that I’m inquisitive). David V.N. is a true asset to this company who earned a customer for life in my experience with his service. This is a great company, and as a discerning homeowner, I give them my highest recommendation.
AC quit working on the hottest day of the year at 6pm the day before leaving for a 2 week vacation. Called Treasure Coast AC and was surprised to get an answer that late. David was awesome as he walked me through some things to check and I was able to find and fix the simple problem with the float switch. These guys are definitely my go to AC guys from now on! Thanks David!
